Their hours are definitely not convenient to people working "normal" business hours, but we have never had bad service. Always friendly and courteous.
Called to check on christmas packages - the person I talked to - Johnny - obviously didn't want to help me find out where they were in the twilight zone between Iva and Starr - just kept saying he needed a number and wouldn't check by my address. The people at the Starr post office were a little more help and did check by address and were way nicer.

Worse place in Iva, if your package comes in on a Saturday, you'll have to wait until Monday to come and get it. They say open only 1 hour
